At Buy Floors Direct, we understand that flooring materials can be bulky and heavy. Depending on your project size, you might need a different vehicle or multiple trips to safely transport your materials to the job site. That’s why we offer up to 14 days of free storage for your convenience. After the free storage period, a storage fee of $10.00 per day will apply to any order not completely picked up. All applicable storage fees must be paid in full before materials can be released.
Product Accuracy Verification
It is crucial to inspect all merchandise at the time of pickup. Customers are responsible for verifying the type, quantity, model number, color, and dye lots for porcelain and ceramic products, as well as checking all labels on wood products to ensure accuracy before leaving the store. Any discrepancies between your inspection and the purchased merchandise as shown on the sales receipt must be addressed with a manager before leaving the premises. By signing your receipt at the time of pickup, you agree that your order has been received in full and is accurate. Once you leave the premises, no exceptions will be made.
